Job Description

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Account Manager- Marketplaces to join a project at a global and prominent client in the fashion industry.

As an Account Manager - Marketplace Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial success through strategic account management and collaborative planning.

You'll work closely with the Integrated Account Team, including Business Planning, Retail Marketing, and Marketplace Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management:
    Partnering with the Senior Manager, Marketplace Partners Validate to execute strategic account plans. You'll manage all aspects of the account life cycle including futures, at-once, and closeout sales, ensuring alignment with budgets and deadlines. You'll also provide valuable feedback to stakeholders and stay ahead of market trends to optimize product placement and sales.
  • Planning:
    Collaborating on go-to-market strategies, seasonal assortments, and forecasts. You'll lead monthly and seasonal business reviews and ensure timely reporting across all planning activities.
  • Communication:
    Building strong, positive relationships both internally and externally. You'll be the key point of contact for customer personnel and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Results:
    Owning the day-to-day execution of account operations, ensuring all targets and timelines are consistently met.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience in Commercial Account Management and Partner Relations in a Retail, Apparel. FMCG, CPG industry
  • Strong background in Sales, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, PowerPoint)
  • Deep understanding of the Sneaker Industry and related products would be a major plus
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Operational and process-driven approach
  • Critical thinker who challenges the status quo
