Job Description- Develop and implement supply and demand plans to meet business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to minimise disruptions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage procurement activities.
- Analyse market trends and forecast demand to inform purchasing decisions.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory and supply chain performance.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and transactions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.
A successful Supply & Demand Planner should have:
- Previous experience of Forecasting & Supply Planning
- A strong understanding of supply and demand planning processes.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and analytical tools.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain challenges.
