Junction 14 Mayfield, Monasterevin, Co. Kildare is now seeking a positive and energetic Supervisor to join our team.

The purpose of the Supervisor role is to provide day-to-day front line management to ensure high standards are met in the successful running of the Spar Shop at Junction 14 Mayfield.

Main Duties

• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of cashier operators
• Handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to store procedures
• Open and close the store
• Ensure staff dress and appearance adhere to company policy
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant legislations (Health & Safety, Employment, Consumer Law)
• Ensure proper liaison between staff and management
• Provide the highest standard of customer care
• Assist in induction, training and development of staff
• Enforce company rules, policies and procedures
• Ensure adequate timekeeping and attendance of staff members
• Attend any training or development programmes as directed by store management
• Live the brand values and encourage others to do the same
• Place orders
• Carry out any other duties as directed by store management

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Supervisor position
• Strong general leadership and people skills
• Excellent communication skills and solution focused with high drive and positive attitude
• Customer focus: prioritize customers, resolve concerns effectively
