Pay rate: £14.18 - £14.18 per hour.
We are looking to cover 16 hours per week.
As a Supervisor, you'll take the lead on retail operations, coach and inspire a high performing team to beat their targets and deliver a world class customer experience.
The RoleAs a Supervisor, you'll oversee the running of the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensure our customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience.
You'll champion our brand values of Dream, Dare, Care and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. Enjoying a fast paced, sometimes high pressured retail environment is essential. Supervisors will lead by example, set their own personal KPIs and sales targets, and inspire their team.
What You'll DoSales floor
- Hold daily team briefs, share the store's KPIs and motivate the team to beat them.
- Drive exceptional service through role modelling our selling ceremony and delivering on KPIs.
- Perform store walks, understand the importance of commerciality and how it shapes visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success.
- Handle serious complaints that have been escalated with professionalism and care.
Personal sales
- Build the bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach to individuals' personalities and needs.
- Use deep product knowledge and passion for storytelling to create personal, unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora's sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
Store operations
- Act as key holder for the store and ensure the relevant opening/closure procedure is carried out.
- Cashing up and reconciling the till systems.
- Assist store management with administrative duties, including recruitment and conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings if required.
- Assist with product and POS deliveries; unload and store in the correct spaces.
- Operate the till system, handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and manage any escalations from the wider team.
- Remain alert on the shop floor and follow company security policies to keep the team and customers safe.
