Supervisor

Job Summary

Full time Supervisor required for Bridgwater convenience store. The role involves motivating and leading retail staff, ensuring efficient store operations and first class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire the retail team.
• Ensure smooth day to day store operations and high levels of customer service.
• Cover a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs (39 hours per week, five out of seven days).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising a team in a food retail environment (full training will be provided if required).
• Flexible availability to work various shifts.
• Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
