Job Title: Supervisor
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Location: Featherstone, but work will be nationwide with night shifts required
Company Overview: My client is a specialist bridge maintenance company that operates across the UK, providing services to Highways England, Transport Scotland, main contractors, and local authorities on the motorway and road networks. The company specialises in bridge maintenance and repairs, including the installation of bridge expansion joints, bridge deck waterproofing, bearings, and concrete repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Maintenance team in bridge and highway structure maintenance
- Manage tasks such as cleaning, jet washing, graffiti removal, drainage clearing, and more
- Ensure all work is completed in line with H&S, Environmental, and Quality protocols
- Report site activities clearly and professionally
- Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required
- Work in both day and night shifts across the UK, predominantly in Yorkshire
- Ensure team compliance with machinery, plant equipment, and hazardous materials usage
