We're looking for the best talent to join our Nando's team as Supervisors.

What's a Supervisor? They are the bridge between the management team and the Nandocas (our team members) in the restaurant. Supervisors help run the restaurant and learn the basics of manager responsibilities. They gain exposure to restaurant operations and team management, and can progress to an Assistant Manager role. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the management team in daily operations.
• Coordinating the work of the Nandocas.
• Learning managerial skills and best practices.
• Preparing for future Assistant Manager roles.
