Role Overview

As part of the store's Junior Management team, you will support managerial functions and help enhance customer service standards. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining shop floor standards, and assisting with daily managerial tasks as directed by Store Management.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving complaints and inquiries, ensuring staff appearance aligns with company guidelines, and understanding customer service metrics.
  • Drive and exceed sales targets by monitoring staff performance, utilizing in-store devices for product promotion, and analyzing reports for effective product placement.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards with engaging displays, clean stock presentation, and support for sales floor standards.
  • Train and develop staff through induction, encouraging personal growth, and overseeing training assessments.
Role Objectives and KPIs
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  • Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  • Ensure stock accuracy during audits.
  • Complete mandatory training for new colleagues.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passion for retail with knowledge of current trends and competitors.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards on the shop floor.
  • Ability to promote JD Group values internally and externally.
