Supervisor - Full Time

Join JD Sports as a Supervisor and be a key part of delivering the JD experience. You will support the smooth operation of the shop floor, maintain high service and presentation standards, and guide colleagues during each shift.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a vital role in supporting the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance while supporting daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, use in store devices to offer the full product range, and assist with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with JD's brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in fast paced retail or customer facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.
