Hourly Rate: £14 per hour

Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4:30pm to 10:30pm

We are looking for a reliable and capable Cook to join our on-site catering team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering good-quality food, supporting daily service, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment.

You'll take ownership of food preparation and cooking during your shift, support service delivery, and provide guidance to a Catering Assistant when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in line with menu requirements and service standards
• Serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Supervise and guide the Catering Assistant on shift to ensure smooth service
• Complete all required due diligence and food safety paperwork accurately
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and company compliance procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a cook or similar kitchen role
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Confidence working independently during service times
• Ability to support and oversee a Catering Assistant when required
• A practical, organised approach and a strong team ethic
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
