Supervisor - 24 Hours - Merrell

Key Responsibilities

Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean well-presented store. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics & drive the store's success as an ambassador and in local marketing effort. Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager. Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles

Working Conditions

Retail environment. US candidates only. Performing duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies. High School diploma or equivalent.
