Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Superviseur Réparation Pales (h/f) to join our department based in Le Bourget, France.
You will be responsible for a team of about twenty colleagues involved in the removal and opening of blades for repair, structural repairs of these blades, and a group of quick repairs.

Your Challenges:
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules across your scope, including regulatory training.
- Stop activities that do not comply with safety rules for teams and/or product (flight safety).
- Oversee operations and products within your scope.
- Manage team results according to SQCDP criteria.
- Ensure proper application of current production processes.
- Implement improvement actions (Industrial Excellence, LEAN, etc.).
- Lead your team towards achieving SQCDP objectives.
- Promote team spirit and objectives achievement.
- Ensure safety rules are followed by all stakeholders, support functions, and visitors within your scope.
- Manage all team members effectively.
- Achieve the industrial excellence targets set by your hierarchy.
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar workshop role.
- Management, industrial management, production, or Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to unite team members around common goals.
- Fluent French and intermediate English required.
