We are looking for Sales Associates to join our team for the Summer season starting Mid-Late May through Labor Day Weekend, including July 4th weekend is a must.

This position is for The Salty Babe Newport location as well as our Driftwood Surf Market Thames St location.

The ideal candidate is

• over the age of 18 years old
• must have prior experience in retail with an interest in fashion
• attention to detail and multi tasking are required
• ability to thrive under a fast paced, multi faceted work environment
• friendly, attentive and social towards customers
• are open to sharing The Salty Babe vibes on their Social Media platforms.
• Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• As a sales associate you will assist customers in excelling their shopping needs.
• You will also be required to handle cash and complete inventory needed tasks.
