The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering high standards of customer experience, representing the TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS brands in our stores.
Responsibilities- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
- Serving as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
- Providing outfit building and product recommendations
- Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance on product features
- Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve
- Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization
- Previous track record within hospitality or retail
- Effective communicator who collaborates to win
- Inspires trust and recognizes contributions of others
- Adapts quickly
- Acts with purpose, showing clear presence on the shop floor
- Takes ownership and makes informed decisions to find in-store solutions
