Location: Poland/Remote - (Occasional On-site in Warsaw)
Contract Type: B2B Contract
Duration: Initial 6-Month Contract (with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Market Rate (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to support our client in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules. This is a B2B contract opportunity for an initial period of 6 months, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional on-site presence required in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • Recruiting Management (RCM)
    • Onboarding (ONB)
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements and provide expert-level guidance.
  • Customize SuccessFactors solutions to align with business needs and best practices.
  • Manage system testing, user training, and documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules - EC, RCM, and ONB.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and their translation into system configurations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced B2B consulting environment.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
