Subscriptions & Retention Telephone Sales Executive
Description Part Time: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
1:30 PM - 6:30 PM
£18,000 OTE

- Retain customers through tailored solutions
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Build rapport with diverse customer types
- Promote journalism and media products
- Adapt the sales approach to customer needs
- Meet sales and retention targets
- Ensure company systems, policies, and compliance policies are adhered to
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Sales Experience - Background in telephone sales, ideally in subscriptions, publishing, or media, advantageous but not essential.
- Resilient & Persuasive - Confident handling objections and turning interest into sales.
- Strong Communicator - Builds rapport easily and adapts to different customer types.
- Media Passion - Enthusiastic about journalism and promoting meaningful content.
- Adaptable - Quick thinker who adjusts approach based on customer needs.
- Self-Motivated - Goal-driven with a proactive, results-focused mindset.
