Join our global Study Training Manager team as a Study Training Manager and you'll be responsible for implementing and deploying study specific learning plans, ensuring Sanofi study teams and investigator site staff receive the training needed for the conduct of clinical studies.
Main responsibilities:
Be the learning expert for the study teams
o Define the learning needs based on the study protocol (therapeutic area, local training, vendor trainings, etc.)
o Drive the definition of study specific training plans that align with GCPs, internal guidelines and study specific needs. This includes the training requirements, assignments, and planning
o Provide insight on learning methodology and theory
o Act as instructional designer for creation of study specific training when needed
Be the Study Training System Expert for the study teams:
o Drive definition of learning matrix within the system
o Manage training material in the system
o Maintain up to date matrix, materials and assignments throughout lifecycle of the study
o Support end users with use of system
o Participate to UAT for new system releases, support ongoing improvement of the system and process
Training Completion Reporting
o Run reports to track status of study training completion for assigned studies
o Run reports to support an audit or inspection requests
About you
Experience:
• Few years of proven experience working in a GxP environment, understanding of the regulatory environment with a focus on clinical operations (ICH GCP), understanding of clinical study operations, project management.
- Experience in audience analysis, training strategy & eLearning is a plus
• Modules development, content creation, and training delivery experience is a plus
• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
• Experience with learning management systems, audit and/or inspection activities is a plus
Soft Skills:
• Strong aptitude for working with Quality systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively connect and interact with global multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with defining learning plans, challenging the best approach for training needs and delivery.
• Results-driven, ability to prioritize assignments, and address problems quickly.
• Customer focused.
• Continuous improvement mindset, identify areas needing improvement and find innovative solutions.
Technical skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows;
• Experience with Veeva systems is plus
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology tools (related to learning), clinical operations, or a related medical/scientific fielding
- Advanced degree is a plus (MS/MA/PharmD/Ph.D/MD)
Language(s):
- Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
