Studio Operations & Guest Experience Lead

Barry's London is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the in-studio team, and elevate client experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement while maintaining Barry's hospitality standards.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in a client-facing setting, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and flexibility for full-time hours including evenings and weekends.
