Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive the revenue of the Studio creating business opportunities, corporate relationships and a hitting income targets.
- Designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue
- To carry out the responsibilities of the post regards to Ten's policies and procedures.
- To undertake all duties and interactions with employees, partner providers and customers fairly.
- To provide fast, courteous and efficient responses to all customers enquiries.
- To manage the development of a full range of activities and classes at Studio, including conducting classes when necessary to support the revenue and growth of the site.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff, including managing staff rotas
- To oversee all front of house team functions and reporting.
- Keeping stock records
- Preparing and checking budgets and generating income
- To oversee all required reporting for Studio (i.e. payroll, end of month reporting, monitoring class numbers, overseeing the class timetable)
- Ensure all health and safety duties are carried out in accordance with the procedures in place at the studio.
- To prepare facilities for use meet Ten Health & Fitness's service standards.

- Qualifications equating to REP's level 3
