Studio Instructor

Join our friendly and professional team as a Studio Instructor. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from the class, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment.

You will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise group exercise classes ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

Collaborate with the fitness team to design and deliver an effective class programme.

Qualifications and Experience

• Nationally recognised group exercise qualification (e.g., Spin)
• Previous experience leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
• Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
• Ability to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Professionalism and integrity at the highest level

Hours

Casual hours, as and when required.

Salary

Up to £27.78 per hour (depending on qualification).
