Up to £28,788.00 per annum, dependent on experience

10 hours per week

If you're passionate about fitness and wellbeing, you could take the lead on delivering exceptional customer service at our club. Your responsibilities include motivating members, teaching classes, reviewing timetables, and ensuring timely responses to members. You will also proactively develop your knowledge and our offerings.

As a Group Exercise Manager at our insert club name , you'll be a qualified instructor with relevant class-based exercise qualifications. Experience in a corporate or commercial fitness environment is required. Ideally, you hold a first aid qualification and can follow Emergency Action Procedures.

As a Group Exercise Manager, you will:

• Teach classes in the studio and the pool
• Develop our class and timetable offerings, aligning with current trends and budget
• Ensure the team follows health and safety regulations and codes of practice
• Maintain proper cleaning and upkeep of equipment
• Promote and understand all health assessments, classes, and programmes offered
• Follow procedures for opening and closing the Centre and processing membership payments
