Student Wellbeing Counselor - Secondary School

Heron Hall Academy in Enfield, part of North Star Community Trust, is seeking a School Counsellor to support emotional wellbeing of pupils across Key Stages 3-5. You will provide confidential one-to-one counselling, assess needs and tailor interventions, working within the BACP Ethical Framework.

You will collaborate with pastoral leaders, the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), SENDCo and external agencies to ensure safeguarding and timely referrals.
