Student Wellbeing & Support Advisor

BIMM University is seeking a Student Support Advisor to provide frontline pastoral and wellbeing support for students, guiding them through personal and practical challenges within a digital-first service. You'll manage a varied caseload, conducting assessments and triage, delivering one-to-one sessions online and in person.

You will maintain confidential records using TargetConnect, respond to student inquiries, and refer to internal or external services as needed.
