Student Wellbeing & Inclusion Lead

Heron Hall Academy, part of North Star Community Trust, is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead to provide daily support to pupils, addressing behavioural, emotional, social and attendance concerns.

You will work with Heads of Year, staff and external agencies to deliver restorative approaches, maintain pastoral records and contribute to safeguarding, ensuring an inclusive, safe school culture.
