Student Wellbeing & Behaviour Mentor

Senovo is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant for a secondary school in Hornsey, London. You will help pupils with behaviour, attendance, confidence and engagement, building relationships quickly while maintaining clear boundaries.

This permanent role starts September 2026. You will collaborate with teachers, pastoral leads and safeguarding staff to support students before issues escalate, providing mentoring and emotional support during the school day.
