Novaeducationtrust is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) at Toot Hill School in East Midlands. This full-time, term-time only role involves working closely with a dynamic Pastoral Team to manage students' behaviour and academic success, ensuring a supportive and safe educational environment.
