Student Wellbeing & Behaviour Assistant

Milk Education is recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant to work in Bradford secondary schools, helping students aged 11-18 with wellbeing, attendance and behaviour. You will support pastoral teams, deliver targeted interventions and build trust with pupils to foster engagement and personal development.

The role offers daily pay of £107.71-£137.71 and a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 am-3:30 pm, with safeguarding compliance and ongoing support from education consultants.
