Student Wellbeing & Behavior Coordinator

The Collegiate Trust in Ifield is looking for a key member of the pastoral team to promote positive behaviour and support student wellbeing. The role includes coordinating first aid support for students and addressing barriers to learning through collaboration with staff, families, and external agencies.

This position offers a salary range of £33,699 to £37,280 for 36 hours per week, term time only, along with valuable experience in an educational environment.
