Student Wellbeing & Attendance Champion

A Nottingham-based educational organization is looking for a Pastoral Support Officer to enhance student wellbeing and engagement. The role involves building trusting relationships with students, providing targeted support to improve behaviour and attendance, and collaborating with families and external agencies. The ideal candidate will be proactive and passionate about helping students achieve their potential. This is a permanent position, 37 hours per week, during term time plus 2 weeks.
