Student Voice Catalyst & Insight Lead

Worcester Students' Union is seeking a proactive and organized Student Voice and Insight Coordinator to ensure students shape every aspect of their university experience. You will work directly with elected Student Officers, student representatives and University colleagues to strengthen student voice and turn feedback into meaningful action.

In this role you'll recruit and train representatives, analyse feedback, support elections and assist Officers to deliver impactful campaigns, always
