Student Support Mentor: Inspire Confidence & Resilience

Engage Education in Ashford, Surrey is seeking a proactive Student Support Mentor to start September 2026. You will work with a secondary school to support students' behaviour, engagement, and learning, both inside and outside the classroom.

You'll build positive relationships, de-escalate challenging situations, and collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and safeguarding teams to tailor support plans and promote a respectful, inclusive learning environment.
