New Line Learning Academy is a 'Good' school in the heartof Loose, Maidstone with over 900 pupils aged 11 to 16. We are now looking to welcomeanewandinspirational Student Support Manager to join our expandingteam on a permanent basis.You will be supporting staff and parents toensure the highest standards of behaviour are met within the relevant sectionof the school. You will need to have successful recent experience ofworking with students at secondary school age. You will work as part of astrong team and are also able to establish a rapport with young people andfoster positive relationships.
This will be a rewarding post within an extremelysupportive working environment. Previous experience of working with children ina support learning environment would be an advantage and knowing how to supportvulnerable students would be essential.

The position is 37 hours per week (Mon-Thur 08:00 -16:00pm, Fri 08:00 - 15:30pm), 37 weeks per year, plus inset days (38 weekstotal)
