Student Support & Learning Lead - Attainment & Safeguarding

Outwood is seeking a Lead Learning Manager for Outwood Academy Hindley. The role involves overseeing a team of Learning Managers, ensuring the academic and pastoral progress of students while promoting their welfare and safeguarding. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of safeguarding practices. This permanent role requires 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, during term time plus 10 additional days.
