Student Success Coach: Attendance & Progress (Maternity)

Lakes College in West Cumbria is seeking an Attendance, Progress and Achievement Coach to improve learner attendance, engagement and success. You will work with learners, curriculum teams and support services to remove barriers to learning and track progress, ensuring every learner has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

This role suits someone passionate about student success, coaching, and making a meaningful impact in education. Fixed term to 30 June 2027 to cover maternity.
