Student Success Coach & Progress Mentor

Runshaw College in Leyland, Lancashire, invites applications for a Progress Mentor to support learners aged 16-19. You will mentor students, remove barriers to learning and help them achieve their full potential through coaching and pastoral care, in line with college policies and the VESPA principles.

The successful candidate will deliver the Tutorial curriculum, conduct regular one-to-one reviews and foster an inclusive, high-expectation learning environment.
