Student Success & Library Services Advisor

Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge is seeking a friendly Customer Services professional to join Student & Library Services. You will answer enquiries from students, staff and visitors in person, by phone and online, helping with pastoral needs, basic IT questions and signposting to specialist services.
