Student Success & Development Coach

Think FE Ltd, in partnership with a well-established specialist further education college in the Northamptonshire countryside, is recruiting a Success Coach to help young people overcome barriers and stay engaged with their studies.

You'll work one-to-one and in groups to build motivation, set achievable goals and monitor progress, delivering personal development sessions on healthy relationships, safeguarding and employability.
