Student Success & Attendance Engagement Lead

Bolton College is seeking a Positive Engagement Coordinator to support high standards of attendance, behaviour and learner engagement across the college. You will coordinate attendance and behaviour interventions with curriculum and pastoral teams to manage issues effectively.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication and the ability to handle sensitive conversations. DBS checks will be undertaken as required to safeguard and promote learner welfare.
