Student Sport Ireland Vacancy: Performance Manager

Student Sport Ireland invite applications for the new full-time contracted pensionable role of Perfomance Manager.

The Performance Manager role has been established to provide strategic leadership and coordination for performance sport within the higher education sector and to serve as the principal link between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), National Governing Bodies (NGBs), the Sport Ireland Institute and Sport Ireland.

The role will be responsible for driving the implementation of agreed strategic priorities, strengthening collaboration across relevant stakeholders, and ensuring that the higher education sector is positioned as a fully integrated partner within Ireland's high performance system.

Applicants are expected to have worked three years in a similar role with significant expertise and proven knowledge of the Irish high performance sports sector, policies and programmes.
