Student Refocus Lead: Behaviour & Mentoring Champion

Cheslyn Hay Academy, part of Windsor Academy Trust, is seeking a Student Refocus Lead to manage the Refocus Room and support students in resetting and returning to learning.

You will work with tutors, Heads of Year and senior leaders to maintain high standards of behaviour and create a calm, productive environment.

This permanent, term-time only role offers 35 hours per week in a school committed to high expectations and strong community links.
