Student Refocus Lead - Foster Focus & Growth (Term-Time)

Cheslyn Hay Academy, part of Windsor Academy Trust, is seeking a Student Refocus Lead to support positive behaviour and help students re-engage with learning. You will manage the Refocus Room and work with teaching staff, Heads of Year and SLT to uphold high standards.

This permanent, term-time only role is 35 hours per week. We value resilience, empathy and clear relationships with students, and offer a supportive school community and ongoing professional development.
