Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and recruit students to partner institutions and act as a liaison between prospective students and admission departments.
  • Develop strategies to increase enrollment and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and universities.
  • Research pay discrepancies, efficiency bonuses and other forms of compensation in relation to recruitment consultants.
  • Propose personnel and higher education relations policies, help implement them in student recruitment and draft staff handbooks.
  • Aide in discussions between the recruitment management team and managers to recruit new applicants.
  • Interview new applicants, check references and required documents to finalize admissions.
  • Provide guidance on new employee training and recruitment, negotiate protocols, agreements and other personnel matters.
  • Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures, and oversee employee welfare and counselling services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and implement innovative strategies to attract new applicants.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Educational Requirements
  • RQF Level 3 or above in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in student recruitment or admissions, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Hours per week: 37.5
