Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a focussed programme of activities targeting specific markets to support recruitment targets.
• Maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Represent the college at career conventions and other public events, including evening sessions and morning assemblies.
• Serve as the public face of the college during assemblies and similar engagements.

• Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm for student recruitment and outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver engaging presentations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the college positively.
