Responsibilities

We are looking for a Student Records Administrator to play a vital role in the student journey at the college. Responsibilities include:

  • Enrolling students onto their courses throughout the year.
  • Providing advice and guidance in person, over the phone and online.
  • Processing and inputting a wide variety of data including enrolment fees, student achievements, student attendance and timetables.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to support the running of the college and students' further education experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven customer service and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role within the education sector preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
