Student Progress Coach & Academic Support Lead

West Herts College in Luton is seeking a Progress and Academic Support Advisor to help 16-18 learners thrive through personal development and targeted academic support. You will mentor and plan 1:1 and group sessions, supporting attendance, progression and achievement, while working with curriculum teams to deliver engaging early interventions.

The role is full-time (37 hours/week) based at the Luton Campus.
