Clean, structure, and organize experimental datasets to facilitate scientific analysis. This is an opportunity to upskill: Apply your knowledge of R and Git in a context that will provide you with work flexibility (1 full day or 2 half-days, ideally Thursday/Friday) and an initial duration of 5 months. Key responsibilities: Cleaning preclinical data using R, creating models in an R package using Git. Contributing to the establishment of reproducible environments. We are looking for: A student in data science or a scientific field (biology, pharmacy, etc.). A good knowledge of R (80% of work time). Knowledge of Git is a plus. Experience with the R language. Knowledge of containerized environments (Podman, renv). A strong interest in sciences or research. To succeed in this role, your personal skills include: Attention to detail and thoroughness.
