Student Lounge Host & VIP Concierge

PPS Recruitment is seeking a Hospitality Host to ensure the smooth running of events at the Lounge. You will act as the ambassador for excellent customer service to students and be the main point of contact at the Lounge, reporting to the Graduate Marketing Manager.

You will manage walk-ins, welcome guests, convey PPS products and services, distribute materials, and collect feedback to help improve events. This role emphasizes professionalism and proactive guest engagement.
