Student Living Concierge

Student Roost is looking for a friendly Customer Service Advisor to support residents across our Swansea student accommodation. The role is 20 hours per week with an annualised hours model and a salary of £14,508 per annum pro rata (£13.95 per hour).

You will handle enquiries, process payments, assist with building safety, and help foster a welcoming community. You'll work with a supportive team, learn new systems quickly, and keep accurate records.
