Student Inclusion Lead - Drive Inclusive Student Outcomes

Aureus School in East Hagbourne seeks a Student Inclusion Lead to support pupils with SEND through high-quality in-class support, targeted interventions and coordinated tracking across pastoral, attendance and SEND.

You will act as a central link between SENDCo, Pastoral and Attendance teams, helping secure strong outcomes and contribute to inclusion policy development while strengthening staff expertise in secondary SEND practice.
