Student Housing Property Manager Safety & Service

University of Leeds, in partnership with Unipol, seeks a Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of student housing in Leeds. You will coordinate tenancy operations, health and safety compliance, and customer service to support student welfare.

The role requires flexibility, initiative, and strong organisation. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you may work flexibly to meet demand. Interviews are planned for mid-October 2026.
